Excellent accommodation with amazing setting a short walk to the local nightlife, Marrakech, and the Medina. Exceptional service and well-equipped and well-decorated rooms in authentic Moroccan style. - Delicious breakfast selection for all tastes with Moroccan tea and typical products from Marrakech made daily.

The large and well-equipped rooms, balcony, and pool were a nice touch. The staff, particularly Rachid, were very good too help us find the Moroccan rug we were looking for. Definitely recommend Riad Shambala! I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are brand-new and reasonably large with modern decor, and the location is perfect to main touristic attractions. The breakfast is very good and really tasty, with omelette and marrocan tea, as example.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of a quieter local area of the Medina. The location is perfect - not in a too touristic area, allowing for an authentic Moroccan experience. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a mix of authentic Moroccan style and modern decor. The attention to detail is evident, from the fresh towels to the delicious breakfast with traditional Moroccan tea included.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful riad in Marrakesh. The location was perfect, close to the Medina but in a quiet area. The room was cozy and well-furnished, and the AC kept us cool in the August heat. The breakfasts were delicious. The staff, especially Ridwan and Zuhair, were really good too make our stay special. They gave us helpful tips and even helped us with bus tickets. We will definitely recommend this riad to all our friends! a fantastic experience.

This hotel is situated in a convenient location near the old town and close to the popular restaurant, l'Altitude 31. Despite being in a popular tourist area, the hotel provides a rather quiet and peaceful stay. the rooms are beautifully decorated and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. the staff are friendly and go the extra mile to provide excellent service. the breakfast served at this hotel is amazing, with plenty of variety to choose from.
The noise level at night can be bothersome due to other nearby houses and streets.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff, especially Redouane, were incredibly attentive and went the extra mile to ensure all our needs were met. The location, nestled in the northern part of the old town, was perfect - close enough to the local market and l'Altitude 31 restaurant, but not in a busy tourist area. The rooms were always clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels provided daily. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast with Moroccan tea included!

The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location is ideal, within walking distance to the main square of the Medina and close to all the sights. Not to mention, the breakfast included is absolutely delicious, especially when paired with the refreshing Moroccan tea.
The occasional noise, but it was easily manageable with good earplugs.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel like a VIP guest. They went out of their way to ensure I had a wonderful experience, from offering me a choice of breakfast locations to providing fresh towels every day. The location was perfect, being in the northern part of the old town but away from the overly touristy areas. It was a short stroll to the main square of the Medina and the local market, which I loved exploring. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a lovely balcony and pool. The breakfast, including the traditional Moroccan tea, was a delightful way to start each day. I couldn't have asked for more!

Spent xmas at a charming hotel in Morocco. They had two great complementary offers, a welcome drink and a farewell dessert. the location was perfect, walking distance from the market and great restaurants, making it easy to explore the surroundings on foot. Loved the rooftop pool, which was a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day.
